IT Faculty Head

Faculty Head Information Technology Faculty Overview:

A Faculty Head is accountable for key performance areas and execution in all segments of professional academic leadership and management in the Information Technology Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure the vision for CTU is shared and implemented effectively
• To demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional learning and improvement
• To model CTU's commitment to excellence, independence and opportunity in everyday work and practice.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant Information Technology field within the faculty
• Relevant work experience at an Academic institution (minimum 4 years)
• Experience working with learning management system (LMS) platforms and Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office 365
• Relevant research and publications issued
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and teams and working cross-functionally with other technical and non-technical teams

• Proficiency in programming statistical software
• Knowledge of research ethics

• Ability to lead, take charge of situations and offer opinions and directions to others
• Ability to negotiate, sell, influence and to persuade others

Remuneration Package: Will be negotiated
