Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity (20%) Implement endpoint security, monitor threats, respond to incidents, and provide cybersecurity training.
IT Support (20%) Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing systems. Ensure timely updates and user support.
Backups & Disaster Recovery (20%) Perform regular backups, test recovery procedures, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
System Support (10%) Provide technical support for Sage Payroll, warehouse scanning, and related systems.
Compliance & Cost Control (10%) Ensure adherence to IT regulations, optimize costs, and maintain records.
Customer Service (20%) Provide high-quality IT support, problem-solving, and user assistance.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Certificate in IT (NQF 5) required, Diploma (NQF 6) preferred.
5 years experience in a similar role; Office 365 experience advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of Microsoft OS, Endpoint Security, Backups, Microsoft 365.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
