Key Responsibilities:
- Track and coordinate all IT service requests.
- Follow up and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform general IT administration tasks.
- Assist with basic project administration.
- Conduct PC maintenance, updates, and upkeep.
- Install and configure software, including MS Office products.
- Monitor and support network, hardware, and software for both local and remote sites.
- Matric certificate.
- A+ and N+ qualifications.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong IT administration and desktop support experience.
- Proficiency in Active Directory.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks (e.g., installing network cables, computers, printers).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
