Minimum Qualifications:

Firewalls:
Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls for network security.
Desktop Support:
Proficiency in providing desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for both Windows and potentially Mac systems.
Servers:
Experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud backup solutions, such as Azure Backup, AWS Backup, or other third-party backup tools.
Leadership and Management Skills:
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
Communication and Customer Service:
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management:
Project management skills to coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
