What you will do?

The two-year IT DA & CA graduate programme will provide you with first-hand exposure to our culture, our people, global network and the different areas within Deloitte.

Your time will be split between IT Audit, Data Analytics and Controls and Assurance before specialising in one of these areas.

Job Description

Within the IT Audit space there will be exposure to IT Audit where they test relevant IT elements, General IT Controls, Application Controls and their related infrastructure.

This will also include Specialised Technology & Internal Audit support, Project Assurance and Reviews including Strategic Technology Risks and Data Migration.

Data Analytics is the practice of using data to drive business strategy and performance.

It includes a range of approaches and solutions, from looking back to evaluate what happened to looking forward to conduct scenario planning and predictive modelling.

Within the Data Analytics area there is data modelling, data management and engineering, cloud analytics, business analysis and SAP analytics.

Controls and Assurance provides assurance and advisory services related to Internal Audit, Risk Management and Governance and Environmental Sustainability Governance.

You will develop, amongst others: business process design, time management, conflict resolution, emotional resilience, critical thinking and business solutioning.

As a graduate, you will be exposed to global best practice in a multi-disciplinary environment.

This includes :

1. Deployment on client engagements and support in the delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagements / projects.
2. Acquiring an understanding of how daily tasks contribute to the priorities of the business.
3. Understand the firm's purpose & values and explores opportunities for impact.
4. Perform the technical components of risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the client's current risk state.
5. Promotes technical ability on assignments.
6. Contribute to management decisions through pertinent analysis of client company and industry.
7. Respond with urgency and accountability to client and team requests.
8. Execute a business cycle review audit program for testing automated controls, interface controls, IPE & IUC.
9. Knowledge of "core" operating systems (i.e., Windows AD, Unix / Linux and ability to run and interpret ACTT reports)

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or equivalent in one of the following fields of study with an academic average of 65% and above is required:

1. Internal Audit (Hons)
2. Accounting and Finance
3. Legal & Governance
4. BSc in Computer Science & Information Technology
5. BSc in Maths Statistics

Advantageous :

Specialisation in IT, Computer Science, Technology, Business Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Cloud or Coding experience.

No prior work experience is required.

We would like to give opportunity to recent graduates, therefore we will prioritise candidates with less than two years of post-graduation work experience.
