Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct thorough trademark clearance searches and oversee prosecution processes.
Manage the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Handle commercial and transactional aspects related to intellectual property.
Perform due diligence investigations to support informed decision-making.
Engage in IP litigation to resolve disputes effectively.
Address issues related to counterfeit goods.
Manage domain name disputes to ensure comprehensive protection.
Education and experience:
LLB degree.
Must be an admitted Attorney.
At least 3 - 6 years of in-depth IP experience gained within an IP team at a law firm.
Intellectual Property certification would advantageous (Trademarks - Litigation and Registrations).
Experience in all aspects of intellectual property, patents, domains, trademark prosecution and litigation.
