Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our inventory systems operate smoothly and that our products are always ready to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management : Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
  2. Order Coordination : Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  3. Quality Control : Conduct regular checks on inventory quality and address discrepancies as they arise.
  4. Reporting : Generate detailed inventory reports for internal stakeholders to assist with planning and forecasting.
  5. System Updates : Maintain and update inventory management systems with real-time data.
  6. Vendor Relations : Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate restocking.
  7. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with the production, sales, and design teams to anticipate inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
  8. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

  1. Experience : Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.
  2. Technical Skills : Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms) and strong Excel skills.
  3. Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking.
  4. Multitasking Ability : Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  5. Team Player : Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments effectively.
  6. Problem-Solving : Quick thinker with the ability to address issues and implement solutions promptly.
  7. Education : Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  8. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
