Be proactive in recommending packaging solutions based on client needs, industry standards, and application requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Generate regular sales reports for the sales team and management, tracking progress against targets.
Assist in monitoring and managing customer accounts, including credit terms, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
Help prepare sales presentations and proposals when required.
Work closely with the external sales team to ensure alignment on customer needs and sales strategies.
Collaborate with the production, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Support in the development and execution of promotional or marketing campaigns.
Proven experience in an internal sale, customer service, or similar role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of packaging products, materials, and industry standards is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales over the phone or via email.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues professionally and effectively.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience using CRM systems and order software.
Background in packaging materials or experience with sales processes.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
