Internal Sales Representative

Valvequip is a leading engineering supply company dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Internal Sales Representative is responsible for managing sales inquiries, providing customer support, and ensuring the smooth processing of orders. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide prompt responses.
2. Assist customers with product selection and provide technical support.
3. Prepare quotes and process orders accurately.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
5. Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
6. Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Pastel Partner.
2. Strong communication and writing skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. A Valid Drivers license.
7. Aptitude Test will be given.

Preferred Experience:

1. Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an engineering supply or related industry.
2. Familiarity with technical products and engineering or industrial terminology is a plus.
