Internal Sales Person - DBN

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is essential in ensuring continued sales and support for CENTURION customers—from providing product advice to managing order placement and delivery. As the Client Relations and Sales Support Coordinator, you will be the key contact for client queries, handle quotations and orders, and assist with product demos, training, and events to strengthen client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients both telephonically and across the counter.
• Attending and responding to client queries via the incoming e-platforms.
• Daily cold calling – updating of customer database.
• Preparing verbal and written quotes.
• Following up and concluding all open orders and open quotations.
• Booking delegates for training, ensuring invoice and payment is done, and handing over certificates to successful delegates.
• Voluntarily assisting with trade shows and exhibitions.
• Ensuring demo room is tidy and stocked with marketing material on a daily basis.
• Encouraging prospective clients to register onto SAP and collect forms in return.
• Entering orders into the system.
• Liaising with Stores to ensure that orders are prepared timeously.
• Providing clients and external sales team with sales support and marketing information on all our products.
• Updating daily reports.
• Giving product presentations to individual clients in our demonstration-area.
• Providing basic technical support for the product and offering alternative advice as needed.
• Assisting the Sales Supervisor/Sales with up-to-date client profile information.
• Attending daily MBU meetings to iron out issues received the previous day.

Required Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum of a Matric with at least 2 years’ experience in a technical sales environment.
