We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative with expertise in measurement systems and tools to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process, managing customer inquiries, providing technical product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of measurement systems and their applications in various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide detailed product information and technical specifications.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate measurement solutions.

Sales Support

Assist the sales team with quotes, order processing, and follow-up.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Technical Expertise

Offer technical support to customers regarding measurement tools and systems.

Stay updated with the latest developments in measurement technology.

Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Product Knowledge

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s measurement products and services.

Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Order Management

Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to meet customer delivery expectations.

Reporting

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

Education:

National Senior Certificate

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal sales or customer service.

Proven experience with measurement systems and tools in a sales or technical support role.

Skills

Strong technical understanding of measurement systems and their applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
