We're looking for an Internal Account Manager who thrives on exceeding customer expectations and contributing to the success of our team. You need 2-3 years of experience in an internal account management role, ideally within the ICT Distribution industry with a proven track record of building and nurturing strong customer relationships, resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.

Type: Permanent

Salary: R17 500 – R23 500 pm

Area: Onsite in Nelspruit/Mbombela

In this role, you will:

1. Become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing customers, nurturing strong relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
2. Deeply understand your customers' needs and translate them into tailored solutions that drive value and satisfaction.
3. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service.
4. Continuously identify new sales opportunities within your accounts and leverage your expertise to expand business relationships.

We're seeking an individual with:

1. 2-3 years of experience in an internal account management role, ideally within the ICT Distribution industry.
2. A proven track record of building and nurturing strong customer relationships, resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
