JOB PROFILE

JOB TITLE: Intern: Human Resource Administrator

DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Contract

JOB GRADE: Stipend per Month R4 000

NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide effective and accurate administrative and coordination services with respect to HR Administration, Benefits and Payroll within the HR Operations Unit.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. Provide HR Administration, Benefits and Payroll administrative support.
  2. Coordinate HR Operations Unit Events and Committees.
  3. Administer third-party procurement and payment processes.
  4. Maintain accurate HR Operations filing and record management system.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Matric (NQF Level 4) and three year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management / Human Resources Development.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

Not applicable – work experience exposure programme.
