Intermediate Quality Control Manager

A well established company based in Brakpan is seeking an Intermediate Quality Control Manager.

Duties:

1. Must be familiar with HACCP and must be able to run the system within a food environment.
2. Keep track of daily COA for inbound raw material.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualified food technologist
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the food industry with systems
• Preferably comes from the food industry

Computer Literacy:

MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
