Key Responsibilities
Support business by continuously reviewing challenges and ideas to ensure appropriate projects are added to the roadmap and executed
Coordinate projects to achieve objectives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting requirements as per project sponsor and business owners' expectations; may involve managing multiple projects with medium to high complexity
Facilitate the delivery of the full project scope by adhering to the Strategic Project Office methodology
Ensure compliance with the governance requirements of the project management methodology
Optimize resource utilization within a delivery portfolio (resource coordination)
Manage risks and issues effectively throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct ongoing stakeholder management and communication, acting as the single point of contact for the project
Evaluate team members and project resources, identifying strengths and areas for development as needed
Practice and adhere to the Strategic Project Office methodology
Assess and provide feedback to enhance the Strategic Project Office methodology based on specific project experiences
Promote and advocate for the Strategic Project Office methodology across the company
