Qualifications:

1. Matric
2. Relevant tertiary or Call centre qualification will be beneficial
3. Applicants with successfully completed FAIS Regulatory Exam and a minimum of 30 FAIS Credits will be given preference

Experience:

1. Previous Call Centre experience in Telesales
2. Experience in Short Term insurance industry is preferred
