Job Description

Contacting leads received from various Insurance Partners within agreed TTT.
Concluding telephonic and manual (where needed) sales contracts.
Arranging for installation of the tracking device within agreed SLA's.
Maintaining a conversion rate of agreed KPI target and achieving monthly fitment target as per agreed KPI's.
Achieving KPI target on quality/compliance score.
Daily contracting target of > 30 clients.
Following up on outstanding enquiries on your worklist.
Providing customers with all the necessary documentation and information to assist with the completion of contracts.
Arranging fitments for clients by liaising with the planning team, branches, and fitment centres.
