Insurance Sales Agent

Introduction

GroDirect is looking for dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our team starting in January 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in sales and grow within a fast-paced and supportive environment. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Engagement: Promote and sell Insurance products and services to potential customers.
2. Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the company’s products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
3. Target Achievement: Meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
4. Reporting: Track sales activities and report to team leaders.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is essential. (Attach when applying)
2. Valid South African ID.
3. No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Goal-driven, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Must be reliable and punctual.
