The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services within retail stores, engaging with customers, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers in the store to promote products and services.
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the value and effectiveness of products.
• Distribute promotional materials and samples to customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized promotional area.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure product displays are appealing and stocked.
• Track and report on promotional activities, customer feedback, and sales results.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or promotions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
