Job Overview
AsInstallations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all kitchen and cabinetry installations.
This includes managing installation teams, liaising with thefactory to track delivery schedules and resolve supply issues, ensuring quality control, and maintainingongoing client communication.
The ideal candidate hasproject management and hands-on installation experience, with a strong understanding ofcabinetry and kitchen assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Installation Management
- Oversee the full installation process, from scheduling to completion.
- Plan and allocate installation teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Conductsite visits before, during, and after installationsto assess progress and quality.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within thefitting budget.
Factory & Delivery Communication
- Liaise with thefactoryto confirm delivery schedules.
- Report and follow up onincorrectly manufactured parts, short deliveries, or missing components.
- Communicate anyadjustments or changesto the factory for quick resolution.
Team & Contractor Management
- Assign, train, and superviseinstallation teams.
- Monitor work performance and ensurequality standardsare met.
- Providehands-on guidanceto resolve on-site challenges.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Conducton-site inspectionsand final sign-offs.
- Identify and resolveinstallation defects, misalignments, or issues before client handover (snags).
Customer Relations & Issue Resolution
- Serve as theprimary point of contactfor clients during the installation process.
- Handleon-site challenges, adjustments, or customer concernsprofessionally.
- Ensure asmooth and positive handoverof completed projects to clients.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate records ofinstallation progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Report oninstallation timelines, costs, and efficiency improvements.
- Providefeedback to factory and design teamsregarding recurring issues or improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of5 years’ experiencein kitchen, cabinetry, or interior installations.
- Strongproject management and coordinationskills.
- Ability tocommunicate effectively with factory teamsto resolve supply and manufacturing issues.
- Ability toread and interpret kitchen plans and technical drawings.
- Strongproblem-solving and decision-makingabilities.
- Excellentcustomer service and communicationskills.
- Valid driver’s license.
