Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality, and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
Job Description
- Visit the factories and warehouses of our clients’ suppliers to perform on-site quality inspections. The inspection process includes a visual inspection, functional testing, packaging checks, and any other steps as detailed in respective procedures.
- Record your findings against our clients’ product quality checklists and reference samples.
- Write up inspection reports based on your findings, according to our reporting format. Meet tight report deadlines regularly, as our promise to the client is to deliver reports on the same day as the inspection.
- Receive comprehensive training in our best practices and industry requirements for Softline/hardline inspections.
Qualifications
It could be you, if you have:
- Experience in quality management, especially in Softline products.
- Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations.
- Practical experience with the Softline industry.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics.
- Open to traveling.
Additional Information
Additional Skills:
- Able to read and understand properly, write properly, count, and learn the structure of shipping documents, packing list files, and inspection reports.
- Patient and careful with details, able to travel and accept flexible working hours/days (even on holidays if it’s requested).
- Sense of responsibility, honesty, loyalty, and a positive thinking way.
