Our Insolvency and Business Rescue Division, which is an integral part of a group of companies, seeks the services of an experienced administrator, conversant with liquidations, business rescues, and sequestrations.
The ideal candidate must have worked in a similar environment with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Salary is negotiable and in line with qualifications and experience.
Duties will include:
Competence in handling liquidations, business rescue, and sequestration matters from commencement to finalisation.
Preparation of documentation for liquidations, sequestrations, and business rescue.
Lodging of documentation at the Masters Office.
Lodging of documents with CIPC.
Convene creditors meetings and compile necessary documents for the meetings.
Attend creditors meetings at the Masters Office.
Preparation of meeting reports.
Drafting of Liquidation and Distribution accounts.
