Information Security Analyst - Hybrid (2 days in office per week)

What Youll Be Doing :

1. Ensuring Compliance & Security
   • Implement and uphold security policies to protect critical data.
   • Lead security audit evidence gathering, vulnerability management, and risk analysis.
2. Navigating Compliance Audits with Confidence
   • Assist auditors by gathering essential compliance evidence and offering expert advisory.
   • Engage with auditors, providing insights and remediation strategies.
3. Driving Security Projects Forward
   • Oversee, analyze, and provide strategic guidance on multiple security projects.
   • Track project progress, report key updates, and ensure milestones are met.
4. Keeping a Watchful Eye on Security Operations
   • Conduct daily operational security reviews.
   • Provide advisory insights across Development, Operations, HR, and Finance teams.
   • Audit security alerts and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
5. Collaborating with Internal Teams
   • Act as a trusted advisor on security and compliance best practices.
   • Provide structured feedback and updates to leadership.

What You Bring to the Table :

1. Education & Certifications :
   • Masters in Technology Management, BSc Hons (Technology Management), B.Tech (Quality), or ND (Financial Information Systems).
2. Experience & Expertise :
   • 10+ years in compliance, risk, security, and governance.
   • Proven experience with PCI-DSS V4 submission.
3. Skills & Mindset :
