What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and influencers to develop innovative and impactful influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Influencer Identification & Vetting: Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and brand alignment.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop detailed campaign proposals, including influencer selection, content briefs, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as a key point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Content Review & Approval: Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Innovation & Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of our influencer marketing tools and processes. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the internal team, suppliers, and clients to generate innovative ideas, proposals, and projects.
  • Develops detailed project proposals, including channel strategies, budgeting, and estimations, both in the client's required format and in the internal tool (easy media).
  • Coordinates special projects, from implementation and supplier discussions to establishing project mechanisms and selecting deliverables.
  • Responsible for verifying campaign assets and monitoring ongoing projects.
  • Conducts influencer selection, verifying previous collaborations, brand fit, and analyzing social media pages and blogs.
  • Prepares interim and final reports to evaluate project performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Advanced English language skills.

  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms.
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or Technology industries.
