Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer, you'll play a key role in optimizing workflows, enhancing production planning, improving quality control, and reducing operational costs - all while collaborating with top-tier professionals across engineering, production, and supply chain functions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze and improve production workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop smart facility layouts and production schedules that balance quality and cost.
• Implement quality control systems and lead defect resolution strategies.
• Leverage data analytics and simulation tools to guide decision-making and process improvements.
• Support the industrialization of new products, manage BOMs, and ensure smooth transitions from design to production.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and 5S initiatives across operational areas.
• Manage ERP and MRP systems, ensuring accurate material and production data.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor others on best practices.
• Promote safety, compliance, and environmental sustainability in all operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• BEng or BTech in Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience (graduates will be considered).
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage X3, Odoo, and Syspro) is a strong advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification preferred.
• Prior exposure to military vehicle design is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented team player.
