Qualifications:
Must have either a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or a Senior Accounting Degree – Please send a copy.

Experience:
Must have 3 - 5+ years working experience as a Multidisciplinary Engineering Manufacturing Operational Manager, continually seeking to enhance and streamline operations to boost productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the backbone that ensures the seamless execution of daily business activities
- Enhance and streamline operations to boost productivity
- Engage in strategic planning and development
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Set actionable and measurable goals
- Oversee inventory and supply chain logistics
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Implement best practices across operations
- Ensure effective resource allocation

Leadership:
- Guide and inspire teams toward achieving organizational goals
- Supervise staff and evaluate performance
- Provide training and professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture

Communication:
- Ensure smooth information flow within the organization
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
- Handle conflict resolution and provide feedback

Monthly Salary: R 37 000 – R 60 000 cost to company (Not Negotiable) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.
