What will you do?
We are looking for your proven track record in Legal STI claims and middle management experience. The Claims Legal General Manager is responsible for managing the operations of a single call centre or business segment. In this role, the GM oversees operating systems including policies, procedures, and operating structure. Establishes and implements product/service standards, responsible for analysing operations and efficiency of the call centre. May build industry relations, communicating technologies, and operational concerns through industry networking. Also needs to obtain new campaigns from internal clients and build the credibility of the call centre with potential clients.
