About the Company:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee import and export operations for the company
2. Coordinate with suppliers, shipping carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
3. Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation requirements
4. Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency
5. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan inventory levels
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics service providers

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in import and export operations within the food and beverage industry
3. Strong knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation requirements
4. Experience working with shipping carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong negotiation and communication skills
7. Proficiency in logistics software and systems
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
9. Willingness to travel internationally as required
