About The Role
Brighton Health Plan Solutions is looking for an Implementation Manager with experience managing a complex program of strategic projects that span organizational boundaries, managing multiple high-risk projects, including projects involving external vendors and multiple business areas that have a significant legal and/or financial impact on the Company’s Business. This individual should have hands-on experience in setting and managing large complex projects in Healthcare Insurance across business, operational, and IT teams, spanning one or more work streams, including: Client Implementation, Enrollment & Eligibility, Claims processing & Reimbursements, Member/Provider self-service, Customer Service, Legal, etc.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of the posting of an advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable by law including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, budget, and internal equity.
