Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Salesperson to drive revenue growth and build long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation tools.
    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
    Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  3. Market Analysis:
    Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    Provide insights and recommendations to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    Prepare and present proposals, sales reports, and forecasts.
    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
    Share feedback and best practices with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and client interactions.
  • Negotiation Abilities: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in addressing client needs and resolving issues.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) environments.
  • Experience in industries such as ICT, Telecommunication, and Office Automation.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
