Job brief

Our Client, a leading Financial Services Client requires a Senior IBM Technical Specialist to join their team and be responsible for manage different content repositories.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support solutions using IBM Content Management products.
• Work with integrated solutions like IBM Content Manager, Content Navigator, Records Manager, and related IBM technologies.
• Install, upgrade and maintain third-party packages (IBM)
• Assist in creating technical documentation and operational procedures
• Execute disaster recovery processes and tests.
• Develop proof of concepts and report technical progress.
• Evaluate products and provide production support

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification - IT Diploma / Degree
• Min 5 years IBM Content Management experience specifically in:

IBM Content Manager

IBM Content Manager OnDemand

IBM Content Navigator

• Must have Papertrail Content management platform experience
• Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management technologies and processes
