HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement HVAC systems tailored to client specifications and building requirements.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems to recommend enhancements and upgrades.
3. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate HVAC solutions into overall building designs.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications and calculations.
6. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or BTech in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field (BEng, BSc, or BTech).
2. Valid Trade Test.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering, with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
4. Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
5. Strong understanding of HVAC principles, energy efficiency, and building codes.
6. Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
8. Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
9. A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
