Required Skills:

The HR and Payroll Tech Lead is a critical role responsible for the technical leadership and management of all HR and Payroll systems. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of these systems, driving improvements, and supporting strategic HR and Payroll initiatives through technology. They will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver seamless and reliable solutions.

Experience required

1. Should have worked in HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Payroll systems, and related applications.
2. Should have been part of 1-2 implementation type of projects and BAU work.
3. Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are met.
4. Ensure smooth transition and post-implementation support.
5. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
