To provide HR administrative support and coordinate relevant processes for the human resources department. The role assists in a wide variety of tasks that include coordinating and consolidating activities for all new joiners, movers, and leavers as well as assisting employees with day-to-day queries. Provide payroll administration coordination and processing for both Danone sites according to the timesheets/time & attendance system.
About you
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Be a single point of contact in coordination and actioning the take on process from start to end for new employees joining Danone (including Permanent employees, Temps, Fixed term contractors, Expats, Dan Affiliates).
- Coordination of Internal movement of employees (Permanent employees, Temps, Fixed term contractors, Expats, Dan Affiliates, secondments).
- Be a single point of contact in coordination and actioning tasks relating to employees leaving the company (including Permanent employees, Temps, Fixed term contractors, Expats, Dan Affiliates).
- Conduct payroll administrator role headcount based on allocation.
- Process payroll inputs including new engagements, terminations, and general payroll input into SAGE300 system.
- Process calculations of earnings, deductions, and fringe benefits.
- Work with Risk, Compliance & Internal Control and internal and external audits.
- Contribute, facilitate, and perform continuous improvement actions regularly to maintain the required standard for system and processes.
Qualification:
- Matric and a relevant 3-year HR Degree or relevant RPL.
Experience Required:
- At least 3 years in an HR administrative capacity, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Demonstrated HR system knowledge in at least 2 HR systems, such as SHARE, VIP, SAP, SAGE.
- Efficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- At least 1 year Payroll administration.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing via Azure platform – Digital emp files audited and ready for inspection.
