Human Resources Manager

Our client, a leading global oil and gas company with over three decades of industry expertise, is seeking a skilled HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping HR strategy, driving B-BBEE initiatives, and ensuring HR compliance across the organization.

Position: HR Manager

Location: Western Cape, West Coast (Relocation allowance if needed)

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources

10+ years HR experience

5+ years in managerial role

Oil & Gas experience (Highly advantageous)

Salary: R1.4mil to R1.6mil includes Medical Aid and pension fund ex. performance bonus

Skills: Experience working in flat structured environment with external service providers

Policy development

Track record of strategic HR management

Strong leadership

Proficiency in HR Systems and Payroll management

• Employee relations and compliance
• Compensation, Benefits & payroll management
• B-BBEE policy development and Capacity building
• Governance and reporting
