Senior HR Manager Position

Role Overview: Superb role for an experienced Senior HR Manager with a degree in human science, a Post graduate qualification in Labour Law and Management/Leadership is a distinct advantage plus 10 years experience.

Requirements:

1. 10 years experience as a Human Resources Manager in a large mining or manufacturing company.
2. Good understanding of:

   6. BBEEE
   7. Compensation principles
   8. Ethical principles
3. Experience in implementation of workplace transformation, Arbitration and Labour Court matters as well as ESG with specific reference to Community development.
4. Experience in managing the payroll function and a Human Capital Management system such as SAP, Sage, Hi-Bob, etc.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire HR function for the group and report to the global head based in Europe.
