Job description

Technical Competencies & Experience:

Offering expert HR advice & assistance.

  1. Coach & support line managers for successful people management.
  2. Assist managers in recognizing, prioritizing & developing organizational behaviors, structures, procedures, and skills.
  3. Oversee & carry out strategic change initiatives & improvement programs.
  4. Encourage & carry out HR operations.
  5. Make sure that local South African laws are followed & reported.
  6. Supervise & authorize payroll procedures.
  7. Handle inbound & outgoing expatriate procedures.
  8. Oversee national & international programs that promote inclusion, equity, and diversity.
  9. Oversee compensation & benefits.

  2. Business knowledge (strategy, process and standards).
  3. Project management skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Good team player.
