Purpose of the Job: To maintain & support the complete HR portfolio of the company.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management
2. 10 years experience in a Generalist HR Management Role – Essential
3. International & Africa HR experience – Essential
4. Ability to travel into Africa and Internationally - Essential

Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Offering expert HR advice & assistance
2. Coach & support line managers for successful people management
3. Assist managers in recognizing, prioritizing & developing organizational behaviors, structures, procedures, and skills.
4. Oversee & carry out strategic change initiatives & improvement programs
5. Encourage & carry out HR operations
6. Make sure that local South African laws are followed & reported.
7. Supervise & authorize payroll procedures.
8. Handle inbound & outgoing expatriate procedures.
9. Oversee national & international programs that promote inclusion, equity, and diversity.
10. Oversee compensation & benefits
