Human Resources Business Partner

Our technology/software SaaS client in Parow Cape Town is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who will work with senior management and people managers of respective business units to provide support to drive HR strategies. You will focus on:
- Learning & Development
- Organizational Development
- HR Information Systems
- Remuneration Benefits and Industrial Relations (IR)
Salary: Negotiable plus benefits – Hybrid role
Min Requirements:
- Honors Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably from a tech, technology, IT, software, technical, and/or engineering sector
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Top Talent Management, Onboarding, Industrial Relations
- Policies: Contributes to the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Succession Planning
- Performance Management
- Learning and Development
- Organizational Development: Recognition Awards, Reinvigorate, Exit Interviews, Wellness - Support the roll out of Wellness Activities
- HR Information Systems: Employee Data - Accountable for employee data, Org Charts & JDs - Review and regularly update org charts
- Remuneration and Benefits: Support the roll out of the Increase management process, Payroll, Job Grading, Benefits - Manage the full coordination of Medical Aid and Provident fund.
