Complete general HR projects by clarifying objectives, setting timetables and schedules. Appoint and capture new employees' information onto the SAGE Payroll system. Facilitate and complete all HR documentation required for appointments, terminations, death claims, disability claims, IODs, etc.
Completion of UI19 documentation and salary schedules for terminated employees on an ad hoc basis and guide branches on the process thereof. Update and facilitate branches with the processes relating to Department of Labour inspections. Request and manage process and compliance as requested by PSIRA, Compensation Commissioner, and the Department of Labour. Perform ad-hoc duties as per instruction from time to time.
