Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving employee engagement and organizational success? We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to manage and coordinate HR functions, policies, and practices. In this role, you will partner with management to enhance employee productivity, promote a positive workplace culture, and implement effective learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with line management on employee productivity and relations.
  2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Drive employee wellness initiatives and performance management processes.
  4. Analyze HR metrics and advocate for positive change within the organization.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  2. An undergraduate qualification in Human Resources.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
