Onboarding and Departures: Oversee all new engagements and terminations to ensure compliance with internal HR standards regarding paperwork and files.
Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining a recruitment tracker.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence and preparing reports.
Payroll Administration: Ensure timely submissions of KPIs and adherence to internal procedures.
Employee Relations: Consult with stakeholders to handle ER/IR matters while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate, degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources.
Matric Qualification.
Knowledge of office coordination principles and record keeping practices.
Excellent command of the English language.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a school environment.
+1/2 years experience in the telecommunications outsourcing area.
