Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding and Departures: Oversee all new engagements and terminations to ensure compliance with internal HR standards regarding paperwork and files.
  2. Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining a recruitment tracker.
  3. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence and preparing reports.
  5. Payroll Administration: Ensure timely submissions of KPIs and adherence to internal procedures.
  6. Employee Relations: Consult with stakeholders to handle ER/IR matters while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Certificate, degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources.
  2. Matric Qualification.
  3. Knowledge of office coordination principles and record keeping practices.
  4. Excellent command of the English language.
  5. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a school environment.
  6. +1/2 years experience in the telecommunications outsourcing area.
