This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Capital (HC) teams across all areas of Human Capital management.
The role involves close collaboration with the Human Capital Manager, HC Administrators in various branches, and the Payroll Department to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to the business.
Additionally, this role plays a critical part in aligning the company's Human Capital and Industrial Relations (IR) processes with its Vision and Mission, ensuring that all employment activities comply with South African Labour Law and related regulations.
