As a HubSpot Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering complex onboarding, migration, and implementation services centered around the HubSpot platform. Your primary focus will be optimizing and configuring HubSpot to enhance the entire customer lifecycle for clients, spanning marketing, sales, customer success, and operational processes. You will serve as one of the clients HubSpot experts, with deep technical knowledge across various HubSpot hubs and the ability to provide tech support-level assistance. In this role, you will collaborate on strategy development and be hands-on in implementing solutions, leveraging your deep expertise to ensure the platform is tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Additionally, you will be required to stay up to date with new HubSpot product launches.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot Onboarding, Migration, and Implementation: Lead and manage the end-to-end process for onboarding new clients, migrating existing data, and implementing HubSpot solutions across various hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
HubSpot Audits: Optimization and Configuration. Customize and optimize the HubSpot platform to align with the unique requirements of each client's marketing, sales, customer success, and operational processes, ensuring seamless integration into their existing workflows.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as a HubSpot expert providing in-depth technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring clients can fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
Collaboration on Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategies that align business goals with HubSpot’s features, helping clients optimize their processes and improve overall business outcomes.
Implementation of Tailored Solutions: Be hands-on in creating custom workflows, reports, automation, and configurations within HubSpot to tailor the platform to meet specific client needs.
Staying Updated with HubSpot Product Developments: Continuously stay current with HubSpot’s latest product updates, new feature launches, and best practices, ensuring clients benefit from the platform’s most recent innovations.
Collaboration with Customer Success: Work closely with your HubSpot CSM / Strategist to deliver successfully to the clients customers.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years as a HubSpot Admin and a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred.
HubSpot Trainer Certification, HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, and Service Hub Certifications.
