Summary
The HR Solutions & Services Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of local HR services to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves HR administration, payroll management, labor law compliance, workforce administration, and employee consultation. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with global HR teams to address country-specific HR challenges, stay updated on regulations, and provide guidance to managers and employees.
