HR Services, Sales Consultant

Job Description

In the outside sales-based environment, you'll sell new customers on HR solutions that will save them time, money, and frustration. You will work with insurance brokers and other centers of influence for referrals and follow up on potential leads. This position will give you the opportunity to play a key role in increasing our company relationships out within the community by working with diverse clientele groups.

Core Job Duties

1. Follow up on leads to generate new sales.
2. Foster relationships with outside customers.
3. Achieve monthly quota objectives.
4. Effectively engage with all personalities and business roles.

Minimum Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
2. Tech and SaaS savviness.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Independent thinker.
