HR Officer / Practitioner required in Somerset West.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Officer will support the HR department in managing the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Postgraduate experience would be an advantage in Psychometric testing and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
