Your Role:
• Support industrial relations processes & disciplinary matters
• Assist new employees with payroll documentation for HR & Payroll uploads
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Facilitate HR inductions, onboarding/offboarding, and training coordination
• Handle first-line recruitment—including job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and reference checks
• Provide timely support to internal teams and resolve employee inquiries
• Support performance evaluations and probation tracking
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Diploma/Degree in HR (or related field); SABPP registration is a plus
• Experience: 2–4+ years in an HR generalist role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Sound understanding of HR practices & labour laws
• Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel for industry events
