Description:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years HR Generalist experience
• A basic understanding of Labour Relations would be advantageous
• SAGE 300 People experience essential for payroll input
• Employee management, job profiling management, Personnel Management, Report writing
• BASIC INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
• Ensure basic understanding of the BCEA and Labour Relations Act.
