Cape Town - CBD - HR Officer required to join a highly respected firm of Architects.

Our client, one of the most highly respected Architectural Firms in the country, is looking for an HR Officer to provide generalist HR Support to the business as well their external HR Consultancy.

Required

Two to four years' experience in a generalist HR role required to provide support to the HR Manager with the following tasks:

• Recruitment
• On-boarding
• Contract Administration
• Performance Reviews
• HR Policies
• HR Admin & Correspondence
• Employment Equity and B-BBEE
• Training & Development
• HR Reporting
• General HR Administration
